UI Designer

This is a contract position for a UI Designer working for a high profile company in Reading that has a 2 day a week hybrid working policy. We are looking for UI Designer with a focus on apps and that has experience of building and designing apps. Familiarity with using and working with design systems and also being able to create/expand design systems to build upon as a key part of the project you will be working on is building the app and the components for the future. Experience of Figma is also required. What the role will be doing: Create component, page & journey level designs based on Three’s Design System using Figma, aligned to the digital UI function. Support UX by providing design expertise and insight. Champion best design practices and articulate benefits of such practices. Have a detailed eye for creating specifications of designing reusable components. Support Development by using pragmatism and collaboration to provide options of solutions for challenges.
