About the Role As an Azure Data Platform Architect, you will be pivotal in crafting scalable data architectures that empower organizations to leverage the full potential of their data assets. Your role will involve working closely with enterprise-level architecture while also diving deep into technical aspects, including networking. Although hands-on coding isn’t required, your deep understanding of key technologies like Azure Fabric, Lakehouse, and SQL Data Warehousing will be essential in this role. Experience with Databricks architecture will be highly valued. What You’ll Be Doing Architecting Solutions: Design and implement data platform architectures that cater to large-scale enterprise environments, with a strong emphasis on scalability and performance. Technical Expertise: Engage in the technical aspects of architecture, particularly in networking and cloud infrastructure, to ensure robust and secure data environments. Leveraging Key Technologies: Utilize Azure Fabric, Lakehouse, and SQL Data Warehousing to create efficient and effective data solutions. Your knowledge of these platforms will be central to your success. Extra Mile: If you have experience with Databricks architecture, you’ll bring additional value to the team, enhancing the solutions we can offer to our clients. Who You Are Experienced Architect: You have a strong background in designing and implementing data architectures within Azure environments, particularly in large enterprises. Technical Depth: While coding isn’t necessary, you have a deep technical understanding, especially regarding networking and cloud infrastructure. Cloud Savvy: Expertise in Azure Fabric, Lakehouse, and SQL Data Warehousing is crucial. Familiarity with Databricks architecture is a significant plus.
