Application Support - Front Office (Contract)

Exciting opportunity to join Platinum Groups financial services practice and work on a Front Office programme for a world leading investment bank. Contract opportunity paying upto £700 per day. We are looking to engage an Experienced Application Support Analyst who has in-depth knowledge of stabilising a platform and ensuring the health, stability and performance of the platform is of the highest calibre. Investment banking/Capital markets experience specifically in the Front Office is a must. The desired profile would need to have experience in the following; Strong pedigree in application or production support. Expert Monitoring knowledge and ability to resolve issues relating to system stability. Experience in building pipelines to automate releases. Azure devops experience. Ansible exposure would be highly advantageous. Monitoring tool exposure such as Geneos/Splunk/Zabbix Ability to face off to traders and Front Office. Microsoft/Windows & Linux experience is a must. Ability to script in Shell, bash or python. People will need to be available within 2-4 weeks. The role will be inside IR35 and 2-3 days a week in the office
