>>> Check out our deck for you: https://tinyurl.com/2fwp8crs At Peony, we are on a mission to build the best consumer computing experience since Apple. Computing UX hasn't changed much since the 1980s, and we are here to change the game. Our dream machine is a computer without "computer work" - file management, password management, tab management etc. all the boring stuff one has to do before engaging in any real work. We want to get rid of them all. Our strategy is to incrementally launch revenue-generating products that eliminate "computer work" piece by piece, eventually leading to a new computing platform. The first product we are launching revolutionises file sharing for startups - a.k.a. Docsend killer. Since founding, we've raised $2M in funding from a stellar network of investors, including the co-founder of Twitter, the founder of Behance and the VC that wrote the first check into Pinterest & Notion. We've spoken with hundreds of teams and individuals and done 5 redesigns to find the best solution to the problem we are trying to solve. We've assembled an 8K waitlist and booked our first revenue weeks into our private beta. Now we are looking for a founding engineer to join our 2 people founding team to take Peony to 100 customers. Your mission Solo ship at breakneck speed and take Peony to 100 paying customers. In this role, speed of execution is everything. You will: Solo ship and architect product features from idea to production, eventually building your team in 9 - 12 months Provide accurate estimates and sound technical perspectives to roadmap review Ruthlessly prioritise and hit delivery timelines Work tightly with the founding team (product design) to rapidly launch new product iterations Cool stuff you'll work on We are Typescript full stack.
