The Role: Handling support tickets, resolving user issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of computer systems, software, and hardware. Serve as the first point of contact for remote technical issues. Provide quick and effective technical support to minimise user disruptions. You: Proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment while maintaining professionalism.
