Title: Senior Business Analyst Based: South East / London Type: Contract Duration: 4 Month (Extensions likely) Ovyo works globally with companies in the TV & Media industries including some of the top household brands. Head quartered in the UK with consultants based across Europe and with a centre of excellence based in India. Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical team Be the main information resource for project functionality and scope specific questions Client facing role - frequent communication with the client is necessary for gathering requirements and making recommendations. You will also be responsible for explaining gaps and technical concepts for an often non-technical audience Gather business requirements Own/organize all project-related documentation of workflow changes and technical/functional designs needed to support the business requirements for common and more complex problems. Write user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria Provide training on various platforms to clients Requirements: 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role, documenting and analysing technical solutions to complex business problems 3 Years of experience in video domain with a strong understanding of things like Content Management Systems, Operational Support Systems, Business Support systems, TV bundle propositions and commercial metrics etc. Experience in analysing business goals and metrics Experience with requirements gathering sessions and documenting business requirements Familiarity with both agile and waterfall development methodologies Experience with project life-cycle management tools such as Confluence and JIRA Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders To apply for the role or for more information get in touch with the team at Ovyo at talentovyo.com
