Senior Desktop Support Engineer - London On Site upto £50,000 plus bonus One of the largest global broking firms in London is hiring a Senior Service Desk supporting staff globally both face to face and remotely. You will primarily be working from the London office alongside infrastructure and security teams whilst building and developing relationships with other teams and stakeholders in various locations worldwide. You will provide leadership and guidance to team members and mentor junior members of the team through leading by example. This is a second / third line position where you will be expected to bridge the gap between service desk and infrastructure. We are looking for someone very proactive who wants to make things better with a focus on continual improvement. You will have indepth experience in Server Administration, Microsoft, Citrix, Azure Active Directory, Teams, AV equipment, Anti-Virus / Bitlocker encryption and ideally ITIL Foundation. This is a very fast paced company and a busy, professional service desk environment where you will be expected to have exceptional customer services skills and work with the highest level of stakeholders.
