Customer Onboarding Manager Outside IR35 contract - £275 per day Remote working (UK based) A leading EdTech SaaS company are looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to help successfully onboard and manage several key accounts. You will be responsible for owning the onboarding process of several schools including co-ordinating data migration and training schedules. Customer Onboarding Manager requirements: Software as a service (SaaS) – essential Strong project management skills Strong change management skills Stakeholder management and evidence of building customer relationships Comfortable managing data migration processes Experience using CRMs and ability to interpret data and simplify for schools to understand Expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and relevant tools EdTech experience – desirable This is primarily a remote role (UK based) with occasional office visits to Leeds (travel paid for).
