The role of The Digital Learning Partner (DLP) is instrumental to ensure our competitiveness in an increasingly digital landscape. Major accountabilities: The Digital Learning Partner will be entrusted with developing a program to: Assess current data and digital skill levels Conduct stakeholder mapping to identify key stakeholders and form a cross-functional team Assess current needs, necessary skills and understand existing gaps Validate the foundational Academy with a test user group Develop and roll out training programs Develop customized training programs tailored to the identified roles and skill gaps Design required training materials and resources Develop communication plan for effective roll-out Facilitate F2F or virtual training about Data, AI and Digital Literacy Establish approaches to monitor progress and obtain feedback Establish digital training champions network to promote the platform Obtain user feedback to continue Academy improvements Measure Academy usage and adoption Assess the resourcing requirements for maintenance and continued Academy enhancements The DLP will work closely with internal stakeholders as well as collaborating with external experts to develop high-quality learning experiences and tools. Objective : Understand local needs and conduct learning needs analysis to identify key capabilities and design a learning journey. Assess current digital and data literacy levels across the different teams part of the mission. Develop training material/programs tailored to meet the demands of different job roles and skill levels. Collaborate with internal resources to co-deliver learning events. Collaborate with external training providers and industry experts to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Implement hands-on workshops, online courses, and mentorship programs to reinforce learning. Develop communication plan for effective roll-out. Assess the resourcing requirements for maintenance and continued Academy enhancements. Provide access to relevant tools and resources for practicing and applying new skills. Foster a supportive environment where employees feel encouraged to experiment and learn from failure. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs and track progress. Monitor progress, obtain feedback and adjust programs as needed. Evaluate the impact of training on business outcomes and employee satisfaction. Risk Management: Address resistance to change from employees accustomed to traditional ways of working. Overcome difficulty in finding training material and or qualified trainers to develop custom material and maintaining this in order to keep up with rapidly evolving technologies.
