Pass on customer feedback to the internal team to help deliver and shape industry leading NPD. Collaborate with the sales team to maintain and enhance client relationships. Coordinate product installations, including scheduling and managing third-party engineers. The Ideal Candidate Will: Be in a Field Service Representative/ Technician position at an FMCG/ consumer goods business. Have a valid UK driving license. Have experience in the food service or hospitality. Be a strong relationship builder with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clients. Have a proactive, entrepreneurial attitude with a passion for sustainability. Have excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
