Job Description On a rapid growth journey this year, we are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead to shape the future of their gaming operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a crucial role in a company’s growth and success. Your role will involve a balanced mix of hands-on technical work and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Split your time 50-50 between developing and refining cutting-edge tech solutions and mentoring/coaching a talented team. Coding Expertise: Utilise your deep knowledge in Golang, TypeScript, and C# to drive innovation and excellence in our products. Project Management: Oversee a wide array of new feature projects, ensuring each one aligns with the company’s strategic goals. Team Development: Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve workflows, enhance productivity, and streamline processes across the company. Qualifications Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar leadership role. Expertise in Golang, TypeScript, and C#. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members. Driven, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve.
