System Engineer (Trading support- High frequency/ Proprietary trading firms)

Our clients are boutique and international crypto high-frequency prop trading desks and market-makers, and they are looking for experienced System Engineers to join the team in London Responsibilities Provide technical support and optimize the performance of the infrastructure, architecture, cloud (ideally AWS), operating system (Linux) and network etc Debug and resolve related issues efficiently Design the infrastructure architecture for business expansion Ad-hoc support upon business need Requirements 1-3 years of related experience. Outstanding freshgrads will also be considered Familiar with the Linux system and concepts such as sockets and virtual memory Knowledgeable about performance tuning, memory configuration, CPU, Kernel etc Experienced with one or more of Terraform, Bash, Python or Shell scripting is a plus Candidates from well-known crypto trading firms/ financial institutions are highly preferred Fluent in English. BNO visa holders are also very welcome
