This role is pivotal in delivering high-impact projects and ensuring seamless client interactions. Role Overview: As a Senior Appian Consultant, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of Appian-based solutions for our client’s strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and client stakeholders, to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences will be essential in this client-facing role. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Appian-based solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and best practices. Collaborate with project teams to define and refine project requirements, scope, and deliverables. Engage with clients to understand their business needs, gather feedback, and provide expert guidance on Appian capabilities and solutions. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of Appian applications. Stay current with the latest Appian features and industry trends, proactively suggesting improvements and optimizations to clients and internal teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Appian development, with a strong portfolio of successful project implementations. Proficiency in Appian architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships, communicate effectively, and manage client expectations. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience with agile methodologies and tools is a plus. Appian certifications are required.
