Delivery Manager

The company is on a mission to innovate and revolutionise their industry. Contract Length: 3 Months, no view to extend but there may be additional areas to support thereafter, leading to extension. What Will You Do: Lead Agile Practices: Implement and guide the team in Scrum, Agile, and Kanban techniques to ensure effective and efficient delivery. Translate Vision into Deliverables: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their vision and translate it into clear, actionable tasks for the team. Facilitate Communication & Risk Management: Ensure clear communication of progress and challenges, manage risks proactively, and drive continuous improvement by monitoring key delivery metrics. What Do You Need: Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Kanban). Effective communication skills with stakeholders and team members at all levels. Experience with payment solutions in a retail setting, and highly transactional environments. Experience in tracking/analysing key metrics to inform decisions and foster improvement Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills in team management. Ability to balance day-to-day deliverables with long-term strategic goals. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement effective solutions. Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders. This role is unfortunately not available to candidates outside of the UK or those who are unable to travel to the office 3/4 days a week.
