Technical Lead/Lead Php Developer/Hybrid - 3 days per week in the London office £75,000-£95,000 The Role: Kinvr have partnered with a Fintech business looking for a PHP Team Lead to join their innovative engineering team. They are expanding their product offerings, leveraging advanced data technologies, AI, and machine learning to create a cutting-edge, event-driven platform. In this role, you'll be hands-on leading with your ability as a PHP Developer. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and directly contribute to coding efforts. You'll focus on delivering scalable and reliable data solutions, integrating modern technologies, and optimising backend performance. This is a great opportunity to shape technical decisions, influence the roadmap, and stay at the forefront of backend development. Key Responsibilities: Lead on Development and mentor backend developers, ensuring smooth feature rollouts. Develop and maintain PHP-based web applications. Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate server-side logic. Optimise system performance and ensure scalability. Stay updated on PHP trends and best practices. Your Skills and Experience Proven backend development experience with PHP (Symfony/Laravel). Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience with scalable API design and AWS. Proficiency in version control (Git) and agile methodologies.
