Release Train Engineer (RTE)- Agile Coventry, UK Rate: £450/day inside IR35 Technical Skills Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer or in a similar Agile leadership role, preferably within a software development environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. Proficiency in Agile tools and software development lifecycle management platforms. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Certifications such as SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar Agile certifications are desirable.
