The company is growing at a rapid pace and is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to take them to the next level by creating alignment and cohesion across IT, Account Management and Data teams. If you have leadership experience in a Series A-B startup and have led on B2B customer services in a global setting, this role is for you What you'll be doing:- Analyse and interpret data to drive performance across the business Lead and coordinate teams across account management, IT and data responsible for the delivery of product and services to customers. Take a hands-on approach to leadership and provide day-to-day guidance and support to the team. What you'll need:- 7 years experience in a customer-facing management role in early stage/series A-B startup environment Degree, or equivalent experience, in a technical (e.g engineering) or analytical subject Ability to work from London office 2-3 days per week, with occasional travel across the UK and Europe Highly organised and structured, including evidence of working with customers globally Creative approach to problem solving with customers and internal stakeholders Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading small teams and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of inspiring and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
