About the Role: We are currently looking to strengthen our Consent and Communications team with a Senior Product Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring we have the necessary consent, data, and infrastructure to effectively communicate with our customers. Your responsibilities will include: Consent Management: Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our consent management system (OneTrust) to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Data Management: Ensuring the availability and accuracy of customer data required for effective communication campaigns. Communication Infrastructure: Managing our communication platforms (emarsys for marketing and iRecall for transactional) to optimize delivery and relevance. Customer Segmentation: Developing strategies to segment our customer base effectively, enabling targeted and personalized communication. Stakeholder Management: Collaborating closely with marketing teams and other squads to align product goals and ensure seamless communication processes. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience in product management, with a focus on data-driven decision making and customer-centric approaches. Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices. Experience working with consent management and marketing automation tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and communicate with engineering teams. A strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
