What You'll Do: Client Implementation: Lead and support the onboarding of new clients, guiding them through the implementation process. Deliver engaging training sessions on our ILA software, ensuring customers can fully leverage the solution. Collaborate closely with clients to meet contractual SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and Statements of Work. Contribute to achieving key certifications like ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISAE 3402. ️ Establish and manage strong client engagement processes, including regular reviews to ensure ongoing satisfaction. ✨ Support and Helpdesk: Be a key player in resolving escalated support issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions. ️⚡ Rotate through helpdesk duties as needed, providing top-notch support to our clients. Help manage support resources to deliver on SLAs and mitigate potential risks.
