Senior Product Manager (AI/ML)

Senior Product Manager needed by B2B insight & data provider who provide unique insight to PE Firms, Hedge Funds, Corporate Investors & Investment Banks to help them make better investment decisions. Our client is pivoting to becoming a product-led org, and as such has recently hired a CPO and product leadership team to make the transition, move away from client driven feature development and put the product at the heart of the business. As part of the drive to deliver excellence to their clients they are hiring a Senior Product manager to own and deliver a state-of-the-art AI product. The AI product will sit at the heart of the platform and conduct in person interviews and collate insight from across the platform to deliver world class insight to their client base. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with the data scientists, data and software engineers to develop models and tools. The Senior Product Manager will: Define and drive the strategic vision for the AI Interviewer, and ensure alignment to company goals Develop a roadmap detailing timelines, milestones and deliverables Participate in the design and testing of the AI interviewer components Work with the team to develop and refine natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) algorithms Ensure the AI interviewer is designed to meet the needs and nuances of client requirements Develop the AI interviewer system by keeping up to date with advancements and trends in AI and from performance evaluation monitoring Implement rigorous testing to ensure the AI Interviewer’s accuracy, reliability and ethical standards are met Facilitate training and support for end-users for smooth onboarding The Senior Product Manager will have: An advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or related field Significant experience delivering AI and ML products An in-depth knowledge of NLP, ML and their potential applications Any experience of or interest in commercial strategy, investment markets or strategy consultancy is advantageous but not a pre-requisite.
