Exciting Opportunity: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Role Are you passionate about making a real impact on climate change? We're on a mission to reduce the carbon footprint of existing real estate, and we're searching for an innovative and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive the development of our cutting-edge decarbonization software. Based in London, we empower real asset investors, lenders, and insurance groups with advanced intelligence, integrating data, analytics, and tools to enhance their decarbonisation decision-making processes. Our platform seamlessly blends climate science, energy markets, building engineering, urban data, asset market pricing, and risk dynamics into a user-friendly web-based solution. Key Responsibilities: Technology Strategy & Leadership: Shape and communicate our tech strategies and innovations to key stakeholders, both internal and external. Team Management & Development: Lead a collaborative, high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Product Development & Innovation: Drive the creation and deployment of technology solutions for real estate decarbonisation, ensuring best practices in software development, system architecture, and data security. Customer Delivery: Ensure our platform’s scalability, reliability, and performance, while safeguarding customer data through top-tier security practices. Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain adherence to relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices across all tech initiatives. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar leadership role Expertise in developing web-based solutions using the Microsoft Stack Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degrees or certifications are a plus) Experience in real estate, sustainability, or energy management is desirable but not essential Why Join Us?
