This organisation is renowned for delivering cutting-edge solutions across the Architecture space and are now looking to grow their presence across the Artificial Intelligence domain. This organsiations exciting client base are all seeking to leverage advanced technologies like AI and Generative AI (GenAI) to transform their businesses. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and innovative Head of AI Architecture to lead and grow the AI Architecture practice. This role is ideal for someone who is not only an expert in AI and Data Architecture but also has a strong consulting background with a passion for building, leading and developing an industry leading Architecture team. You will play a crucial role in driving the maturity of the practice, ensuring the business continues to deliver exceptional solutions to clients while fostering the growth of the team. Key Responsibilities: Practice Leadership: Lead and manage the AI Architecture practice, setting the strategic direction and ensuring alignment with the overall company vision. Develop and implement frameworks, standards, and best practices for AI and Data Architecture within the practice. Drive the maturity of the practice, focusing on continuous improvement and staying ahead of industry trends. AI & Data Architecture: Design and oversee the development of robust AI and Data Architecture solutions, including the integration of GenAI technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural alignment with business goals. Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex AI and data challenges, leveraging your deep expertise. Consulting & Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into effective AI and data strategies. Lead client engagements, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and successful delivery of projects. Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and support business development initiatives. Team Management & Development: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of AI and Data Architects, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the practice. Drive the professional growth of the team through training, certifications, and hands-on project experience. Thought Leadership: Represent the consultancy at industry events, conferences, and in public forums, positioning the company as a leader in AI Architecture. Produce thought leadership content, such as white papers, blogs, and presentations, to share insights and drive awareness Experience: Extensive experience in AI Architecture, with a strong focus on GenAI and Data Architecture. Proven experience in a consultancy environment, with a track record of successful client engagements and project delivery. Experience managing and developing teams of architects, with a focus on building practice maturity. Skills: Deep understanding of AI and Data technologies, including machine learning, NLP, data lakes, and cloud platforms. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business solutions. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
