About the role: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Inventory Analyst to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate inventory records and providing valuable insights to our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be proficient in using Excel, preferably in SQL, and Python for data analysis and reporting. The Role: Pull and analyze reports of current inventory levels. Compare current inventory to sold inventory to determine availability. Utilize Excel, SQL, and Python to perform inventory analysis. Prepare and provide detailed inventory reports to sales team members. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all inventory-related reports. Monitor and analyze the performance of sales campaigns. Adjust inventory priorities based on campaign performance and sales data. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize inventory management and sales strategies. Required skills: Proficiency in Excel, with an understanding of SQL and Python preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to learn platforms quickly such as our boarding pass platform. Excellent communication skills for report presentations and team interactions. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in inventory management or a similar role. Familiarity with building inventory management models and software. Knowledge of data visualization tools.
