Business Analyst

Ingenii Search are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join a large enterprise firm on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a unique combination of technical expertise and business insight, with a proven history of successfully implementing complex application changes. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and managing requirements to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Additionally, this individual will lead the development of best practices and offer technical guidance to less experienced team members. Key Responsibilities: Gather, manage, and analyse requirements for designing complex application changes. Assist in and take ownership of estimates developed by the Cross Functional Team. Lead the delivery, testing, and support of complex application changes within your area of responsibility. Ensure the timely delivery and quality of solutions to customers. Develop and improve application and process best practices, securing buy-in from all stakeholders through a consultative approach. Provide support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Lead functional design discussions and develop innovative solutions to business challenges. Produce high-quality documentation to support project deliverables. Use strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Leverage customer-facing experience to understand and address client needs. Apply knowledge of government projects, particularly in areas such as Airline and Border management, to inform project strategies and solutions. Qualifications: At least 4 years of experience in deployment or support of application software, with multiple full lifecycle implementations. Prior technical experience is highly desirable. Formal project management training is a plus. Proven experience working on complex solutions. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead functional design discussions and drive consensus. Exceptional documentation skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated customer-facing experience with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
