Lead Java Developer

A leading UK fashion Retailer is looking to hire a Lead Java Developer to join a talented Product Team for their customer loyalty and mobile experience As a Technical Lead, your focus will be to support and guide the cross-functional development team throughout the end-to-end process such as making architectural decisions. You will be working on projects such as; developing apps for IOS, improving mobile payments, and integrating services for rewards programmes. The project will be a blend of building greenfield services and enhancements to existing services. Working closely with the Product Manager, you will advise the product team on the technical complexity of potential improvements and aid capacity planning within the team. Salary: £70,000-£80,000 car allowance Location: 1x per week to Central London Experience: Must have Senior Experience (5 years) in Java using Spring Boot Framework Proven experience working closely with product teams (side by side with Product Manager) - essential requirements Proven experience in leading, supporting and mentoring a Development team Previous experience working within E-commerce Retail or Fashion/Apparel Desirable experience in improving or building a customer loyalty program/products Desirable experience with SAP Commerce/SAP Hybris You'll be working for one of the top UK high-street brands, somewhere you are valued and inspired to do the best work of your career.
