This global leading fintech business are after a Lead Core Java Software Engineer to break into and lead it’s team. Our client is heavily involved in ultra-high systems performance, low latency technology, blockchain and crypto engineering, and look for a revolutionary level of engineer to build tomorrow’s greenfield financial products. The successful candidate will have technology running through their veins and be keen to work with and mentor in highly motivated environment where developers learn from each other and knowledge sharing is encouraged. Your exposure within this position will be across the full software lifecycle, as you work on build, test, release and development of bleeding edge trading applications. A great work environment too. As a lead, you will also be involved in leading technology strategy, team leading and recruiting. Tech stack you will ideally have: Core Java, MySQL, Kafka JavaScript, Vue.js Kubernetes Python & Jupyter, Docker Jenkins, Selenium testing, TDD Linux operating systems An interest in Crypto or Blockchain is a huge plus, but not essential.
