In alignment with HCL policies: Design, implement, and deploy Ariba SAP solutions to help achieve customer business goals Provide support to sourcing and contracts, also known as Upstream, as well as invoicing and procurement content, also known as Downstream Interact with clients to understand the business requirements to conclude blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements Propose and provide appropriate system enhancements Work closely with/across teams to ensure potential challenges are addressed Gather requirements from clients, customers or end-users to leverage a fit-to-standard solution Identify quality issues Measurement KPI to be defined Candidate Requirements Requirements Thorough knowledge of Ariba Working knowledge of mobile, web and desktop operating systems as well as experience with agile tools 5-7 years’ experience in the Financial Services Industry.
