Service Delivery Analyst

IT Service Delivery Analyst | Investment Bank in London | £45,000 - £60,000 Our exceptional Investment Banking client in London has a new headcount for their IT Service Delivery team. Due to continuous expansion in scope and quality, we are looking for a talented IT Service Delivery Analyst to join their team. You will play a critical role within their EMEA Technology function, helping to be responsible for the processes and technology used to plan, deliver and support IT services. This role requires 3 days onsite in the Central London office. Requirements: Proficient knowledge & understanding of the ITIL framework, preferably V4. Responsible for improving the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of services provided to customers, business, and stakeholders including the EMEA EU entities. Work with Subject Matter Experts within the IT Group and others across the business to identify, analyse and resolve issues with the successful implementation of Service Management. Understanding of and experience with enterprise systems including desktops, servers, networks, telephony, databases, and payment systems. Responsible for improving the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of services provided to customers, business, and stakeholders including the EMEA EU entities.
