You will support the customer by acting as the point of contact on the tech bar support team. Responsibilities Provide quick-fix support by working on a tech bar/ genius bar to troubleshoot issues with traders. Manage and address electronic tickets efficiently Communicate effectively with traders, senior stakeholders and vendors Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware Qualifications 2 years' of technical support experience Must have IT Support experience working on a tech bar where you are approached with technical issues that need troubleshooting.
