We are partnered with a B2B software business in the AdTech space, supporting them in hiring a permanent product designer who will operate as the sole designer within their business. Having grown to comfortably over 100 people, and based between the UK and U.S. their core advertising software helps make complexity simple, and helps their clients make better, more contextual decisions when it comes to advertising. On an increasing journey of design maturity, they see a huge opportunity for design to be a competitive advantage and add significant impact to their business. You'll be the only product designer in the team, working closely alongside their Head of Product and Engineering team, with your core focus being on the overall re-design of their core advertising software product. We're really aware that being the sole designer isn't for everyone, and as such they are really looking for people with the following attributes and experience. Experience working in start-ups, directly with founding teams. End-to-end Product Design skills, from research through to polished visual design. Proven experience with complexity; either for B2B products or other complex projects. Warmth and energy - this also describes their culture very accurately. The practical details £70,000 base salary Hybrid working, with 2 x days per week in the office in London 2 stage interview process (with a design-task)
