Junior Software Engineer

Freshminds are partnered with a sustainable commodities trading firm to help them find a junior Engineer, to play a key role in the automation strategy of their trading platforms. This role will ideally suit someone with strong, foundational cloud infrastructure (AWS) programming skills who has perhaps worked on successful development projects, either during their studies, internships or work experience. Requirements: 0-2 years professional experience STEM or QUANT degrees or; proven strength in financial, mathematical, or technical subject area Proficient in Python coding and also either; SQL, AWS, Terraform, Aurora, Kafta/Kinesis Bias for action, personal commitment to excellence and a growth-mindset
