Main Duties: Working as part of a global team, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing and recording business insight in order to support and optimise the development of business processes and projects. The Role: - Spending time with supplier / origins to analyse and understand their business - Build relationships with external teams to facilitate integration into a current project run by the business - Conduct research on processes and compare differences to the global market - Develop a course of action to improve conversion of data, quality and coverage with the focus on complying with EU regulations - prepare training materials for stakeholders - working with internal teams ensuring projects align with business requirements - to make recommendations, proposals and methods to the team - provide updates and risks associated with projects The Candidate: - Min 2 years’ experience as a business analyst needed - Background in commodities required - Supply chain or trade experience beneficial - Analytical mindset with the ability to write reports - Excellent communication skills - Confident, dynamic and ability to work independently - IT literate - Ability to travel 40% of the time Salary: Competitive - please state your salary expectations on the application
