Contract Lead User Researcher

We are looking for a Lead User Researcher, who is fluent in Italian and has significant experience expanding a digital platform into new markets. As Lead User Researcher, you'll be working for a rapidly expanding digital healthcare scale up, dedicated to providing a bespoke private healthcare platform to its users. The Lead User Researcher will join the team on a 6-month basis and work across all projects with a high level of autonomy and translate user research and insights into research strategy and plans. You’ll work with teams and stakeholders across the team to share insights and educate on the power of user research. Key responsibilities and skills: Fluent in Italian (and Spanish is a huge bonus). Conduct deep qualitative and quantitative research Ensure effective research plans and guide best practices. Deeply understand users and advocate for them. Inform strategy and support product development. Share insights and educate on user research. Coordinate external agencies for specialized research. Drive projects aligned with business goals. Coach on research methods. Contract details: Up to £600 Per Day, Outside IR35 Fully Remote. 6 Months (rolling) Italian Speaking.
