Senior User Researcher (UX)

Senior User Researcher - London Join a growing SaaS startup who are using AI to shake up an old industry into something you've never seen before What You'll Be Doing ⚡️ Research Planning: Prioritise and plan research initiatives aligned with product strategy and business requirements. Research Execution: Design and execute qualitative and quantitative user research studies and surveys using methods such as interviews and shadowing. Insight Translation: Translate research insights into actionable recommendations that drive product development and strategy, managing insights throughout the organisation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across various teams (product, engineering, design, marketing) to ensure user research findings shape informed product and business decisions. What We're Looking For Research Expertise: Solid foundation in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Insights Delivery: Ability to rapidly provide value-driven insights. Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to tackle problems, regardless of ambiguity or complexity, with the swift development and execution of a research plan. Experience with Remote Testing: Hands-on experience with remote testing methodologies. Nice to Have Service Design Awareness: Experience and/or awareness of Service Design, including an in-depth understanding of customer experience, user-centered design processes, and Service Design principles and values. Startup or SaaS Experience: Previous experience in a high-growth startup or SAAS environment. London, 1-2 days a week in the office Salary: £75k - £85k
