compensation - $170-180 K OTE Summary We are seeking Pre-Sales Solution Architects to join our team on our journey towards greatness. Ideal candidates are people who have experience successfully deploying ServiceNow and have a strong understanding of ServiceNow modules for HAM/SAM, ITOM and CSM as well as basic understanding of managed Services offering like Service Desk. This is a vital role, as Pre-Sales Solution Architects are typically the first individuals (along with sales) who meet potential new clients and are responsible for quickly establishing credibility. Pre-Sales Solution Architects are responsible for understanding the requirements of each client and collaboratively working with sales and delivery to architect the best solutions to meet our client needs. This is a dynamic role, in a fast-paced ecosystem and we need individuals who are strong communicators able to show clients a roadmap to success. Responsibilities Act as the Technical Subject Matter Expert at customer meetings Assist sales in the qualification of customer needs through discovery and requirements gathering with a variety of executive, leadership, process, technical, and end-user stakeholders Own the technical aspects of customer proposals and POC’s Participation across the sales lifecycle acquiring new customers and expanding our footprint with existing customers Participate in ServiceNow Pre-Sales Training as required and ensure appropriate certifications are achieved Provide mentoring and training to peers, colleagues and partners while staying engaged with the broader ServiceNow community Staying current on product developments, releases, competitive analyses to a level required for demo and POCs Supporting Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc. Participate in joint account planning sessions, and help build the future roadmap for clients Improve the customer experience continuously by connecting the value and benefit of the ServiceNow platform to client needs and objective Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and via remote conference Participate in Project Intake meetings and work with internal resourcing team to determine appropriate resources to ensure a smooth hand-off of won deals to the Delivery team Qualifications: 5-8 years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem with a proven Partner Management track record Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business strategy, operational processes, challenges, and capabilities. Demonstrated ability to influence technical decisions, providing options with pros, cons, and risks around all key design and technical decisions. Solid communication skills with the ability to present verbally and in writing and articulate clearly with confidence to both business and technical audiences. The ability to listen carefully and speak intelligently so you are heard. The ability to analyze a process, technology, problem, design, plan, or concept, and identify its strengths, weaknesses and impact to the business, and then develop a solution or course of action. Strong attention to detail and the ability to understand both current and potential future impact Innovative with the ability to quickly identify ways of automating and improving manual, expensive or slow processes. Strong understanding of a inner workings of a Managed Service Provider. Proven track record of implementing appropriate best practices, tools and standards.
