Senior Solutions Engineer - Adtech

Expand Group has partnered with a key adtech client in their search for a Senior Solutions Engineer. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, technical insight, and possess a combination of technical and consulting skills. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, and Sales teams to design solutions for prospective customers and existing clients. Act as the primary expert for clients and potential clients, providing comprehensive knowledge of all products and services. Support global business teams by offering in-depth product knowledge and addressing technical inquiries during sales pitches and follow-up meetings. Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues related to partner integrations, and advise on revenue-enhancing solutions. Gather client requirements and collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape the product roadmap. Maintain regular collaboration with business, solution engineering, product, and engineering teams. Possess the ability to read and understand code to analyse behaviour and reduce dependencies on Engineering for technical analysis. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: 3-6 years of experience in software development, solution engineering, tech support, professional services, or similar roles. Proficiency in reading and understanding code, with prior experience in Go preferred. Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, R), database management systems (BigQuery, PostgreSQL), and web debugging tools (Chrome dev tools, etc.). Demonstrated ability to solve customer problems and technical issues through proactive cross-functional collaboration. Experience in development and troubleshooting within ad tech supply chains. Excellent communication skills and strong client-facing business acumen.
