We are looking for an organized IT Support Specialist / Inventory Manager to supervise the receipt, dispatching, and storage of IT devices in our warehouse. IT Support Specialist / Inventory Manager will oversee picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance, sanitation, and administrative functions. You will ensure the maintenance of company assets. Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve device error codes Swap and upgrade hardware components Trace and fix faults using diagnostic tools and software Assist support staff from other service providers Manage inventory flow and maintain detailed records of all goods Oversee inventory orders, storage, and control Update inventory records regularly Produce daily, weekly, and monthly IT stock reports Analyze trends in common device failures Handle additional duties as assigned Travel to various sites as required Work staggered shifts as needed Essential Qualifications: 2 to 4 years of IT desktop support experience A certification or equivalent experience (3 years) in hardware repair (HP, Dell, Lenovo) Proficient with Windows operating systems for issue resolution and PC rebuilds Familiarity with OSX, iOS, and Android operating systems Knowledge of Microsoft Office and antivirus products Strong problem-solving skills using provided knowledge articles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer-oriented with strong soft skills Ability to make informed decisions and provide technical recommendations Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team Join our team and contribute to maintaining a smooth IT environment while managing inventory efficiently.
