Senior GPU Graphics Algorithm | Vulkan / Ray-tracing One of the largest telecommunications companies in the world - a global leading provider of information and communications solutions is looking for an experienced engineer to join the company in Cambridge. This role is for a senior graphics algorithm expert with a strong background in real-time rendering algorithms on GPU, or a background in other advanced use of graphics & rendering algorithms to join a team working at the forefront of 3D graphics algorithm development. Responsibilities Propose new ideas & develop new graphics/rendering algorithms for mobile GPU. Analyze GPU applications to generate performance/power improvement, profile & optimise rendering code & GPU shaders. Required Qualifications: BSc or MSc in a relevant discipline (CS, EE, etc.). Graphic knowledge: GBuffer, Ray tracing & Global Illumination & Screen space processing like SSAO, and motion vector. Experience with Vulkan API. Hands-on experience with one or more of the following graphics API: Vulkan, OpenGL, Metal, DirectX11 or 12 and/or OpenCL. Excellent programming skills using C or C++ Desired Qualifications: PhD in relevant field Know-how of ray tracing with Vulkan API. Advanced rendering algorithm development. Game engine experience like Unity or Unreal. Mobile game development Interested?
