This is a fantastic opportunity with a fintech currently in Stealth Mode who are looking for an individual with Wealth Management / Private Banking experience and a focus throughout their career on a high level Customer Support to manage the firms end to end Operations and it’s staff. This is still very much a green site and they have key 6 month deliverable including: Process Optimization: Design, implement and manage processes, constantly improving automation and efficiency; working with internal partners to optimise client experience. Performance: Develop a comprehensive performance tracking framework, set performance benchmarks, and implement strategies to establish and improve CSR operational performance Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish strong collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners to enhance coordination and efficiency in service provision. Regulatory Compliance: In partnership with CCO, propose processes and policies to ensure full compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. Treating Customers Fairly) Reporting Enhancement: Provide robust and insightful reports to key stakeholders, improving visibility into CSR operations and performance milestones Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies tailored to managing and reducing operational risk. Prior experience setting up and running Operations department is a must as well as history servicing UHNI / HNWI’s. Some experience with digital assets would be advantageous as well.
