Modern Workplace 365 Consultant

Cocentric is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Microsoft Modern Work Technical Consultant to join our innovative team in Edinburgh, with the flexibility of hybrid working. In this role, you will help clients design, implement, and optimise their digital workplaces using Microsoft’s leading-edge tools, including Microsoft 365 and the Viva Suite, particularly Viva Engage. Your expertise will drive improved collaboration, communication, and productivity for our clients. This role is ideal for a technically skilled consultant with deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, such as Teams, SharePoint Online, and the Viva Suite. You will be responsible for delivering high-level technical consulting and solution development, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and enhancing client engagement. In addition to your technical expertise, you will be involved in: Analysing client requirements to propose suitable technical solutions. Leading the technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring that all solutions are robust, scalable, and meet the client’s business objectives. Providing ongoing technical support and training to clients to maximise adoption and satisfaction. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers and developers, to deliver comprehensive solutions. Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Modern Work tools and sharing best practices within the team. We are looking for a professional with a strong understanding of modern workplace trends, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Experience in project management methodologies and custom SharePoint solutions is highly desirable.
