NetSuite Specialist - NetSuite Administrator, Support Consultant, Support Analyst, NetSuite Systems Manager, NetSuite Lead, Finance Systems Manager, Systems Manager, SuiteScript, O2C, P2P, R2R, Supply Chain, Fixed Assets, NetSuite Consultant, Systems, ERP, SAAS – London – Permanent - £60,000 - £73,000pa Our global end user client is seeking a NetSuite Specialist who will be responsible for understanding the business process and coming up with solutions either by using NetSuite native functionality or by customising the software to meet organisation needs. You’ll also support the end user with reports, KPIs, dashboards and be a key support to several exciting projects. Key Skills & Experience: 3-5 years NetSuite experience either consulting or administration Fully understand O2C. P2P, R2R, Intercompany elimination and Fixed Assets A strong understanding of Finance and supply chain operations, and an ability to collaborate seamlessly with financial and operations functions. Integration experience (REST, SOAP) Capable of taking requirements from other functions and creating and testing processes, documentation development and end-user training. Desirable Skills: Basic Suite Script experience would be beneficial Main Responsibilities: Provide internal, ongoing system/technical support to NetSuite users. Monitor & administer account management, roles and access, profile creation, security administration, etc. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (i.e., executive team, Supply Chain and Finance) to gather and document business requirements, and technical requirements, translate into operational solutions and manage development efforts where required. Participate in every aspect of the software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing and deployment. Develop customized fields, forms, scripts, workflows, and custom records. Assist in the development and architecture of integrations between NetSuite and other systems/applications. Provide support for new and existing customizations and integrations. Support end-user requests for new saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards. Location: London Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
