We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of web development and will work on a variety of projects, including the maintenance and enhancement of WordPress websites. Stack: PHP (Laravel ideal), WordPress, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, MySQL, Git. Experience in Reactjs for future projects would be beneficial but not essential. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, test, and maintain WordPress websites and plugins. • Implement front-end interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented PHP code. • Collaborate with senior developers and designers to deliver high-quality projects. • Optimise website performance and troubleshoot issues. • Maintain database schemas and write efficient MySQL queries. Qualifications: • Basic understanding of PHP, WordPress, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, and MySQL. • Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
