Mergers and Acquisitions Manager

Camino Search are currently partnered with a highly acquisitive, PE backed SaaS company based out of London who are looking for an M&A Manager to join their team. You will join an established and experienced team pursue a very aggressive buy and build strategy across Europe. Roles and Responsibilities: Deal Sourcing: Identify and pursue potential acquisition targets. Due Diligence: Assist with due diligence processes with cross-functional teams. Financial Modeling: Evaluate potential transactions. Deal Execution: Help to overseer transaction from initiation to closure. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors. Strategy Development: Collaborate on acquisition strategies. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Business, or related; MBA preferred. Experience: 4 years within TS OR IB, and, 1 years within a Corporate development function in a software company PE-backed experience a plus.
