BESS Asset Manager

BESS Asset Manager BESS Portfolio / Asset Manager required with a growing renewable energy developer focusing on BESS projects across the UK & Europe. The role is a growth position and you will sit within the Operations and Maintenance team. You will be responsbile for managing the delivery of O&M services across the BESS portfolio, whilst ensuring a positve client expereince. Responsabilities for the BESS Asset Manager Develop a trusted relationship with key accounts along with internal & external stakeholders. Management (both direct & indirect) of the BESS team, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and delivering solutions according to client and contractual requirements. Operate as the escalation point for our BESS customers. Focus on driving new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement. Working closely with the O&M Manager and Optimisation team (route to market) to ensure maximum optimisation of assets. Work closely with the O&M manager, performance team and wider O&M team to identify risks or improvement opportunities and deliver solutions to our customer. Attend frequent face to face meetings and conference calls with customers, ensuring that technical expectations can be appropriately addressed. Ownership of project P&L ensuring profit in line with the business budgetary requirements and reporting accordingly to relevant stakeholders.
