Director of Payroll

Our client is seeking a talented payroll director to join their growing Powered HR practice. This is a high-profile role within the team and will consist of a combination of business development/sales origination and client delivery responsibilities. Essential experience • Proven experience successfully leading the delivery of high-quality payroll deployment projects • A track record of leading business development and selling payroll solutions • Advanced functional understanding of payroll products • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience in HR leading transformation projects, leading workstreams, and managing teams • Experience producing project deliverables (business requirements, functional specs, configuration documents, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices, etc.). • Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with varying team members.
