This immense market potential provides vast opportunities for growth and impact. Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate Technical Co-Founder to lead the development of our cutting-edge products. This role involves designing, building, and scaling a robust SAAS and AI system that simplifies complex and time consuming recruitment and HR tasks. Key Responsibilities: Lead Product Development: Oversee the architecture, development, and deployment of the platform. AI Integration: Implement AI/ML algorithms Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team to align technical solutions with business goals. Team Building: Recruit and mentor a high-performing engineering team as the company grows. Requirements: Technical Expertise: Strong background, full-stack development, and cloud technologies as well as some experience in AI / ML Experience in SaaS Development: Proven track record in building scalable SaaS platforms. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a technical team. Innovative Mindset: Passion for creating disruptive technologies and solving complex problems.
