Organisation Design Specialist

Organisation Design Specialist is being required to work with a Law Firm as part of their group wide transformation programme. As the Organizational Design Specialist , you will provide SME and advice on current operating models , by defining and redesigning organisational structures , ways of working, skills & capabilities and so forth. This is an initial 3 x month contract outside of IR35 , with 2-3 days on site in Central London . The Organisational Design Consultant will: Provide organisation design expertise and coaching to senior stakeholders Advise on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the organisation, leadership & teams.
