Job Description for Test Manager role The client provides b2b software. With PE backing it is undertaking a significant transformation programme touching 90% of its processes. This spans the implementation of four systems, including Salesforce and ServiceNow. Testing for all systems is due to start in September with a go-live date of mid-December. The client is seeking an experienced Test Lead. The ideal candidate will have a consultancy background (many of the team there are ex Big 4) and be able to hold relationships with senior stakeholders whilst being technically adept and able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of the systems (primarily Salesforce and its full suite of components through marketing, contracting, and beyond) and broader processes regards planning and delivering a testing approach. The candidate will be required to create and deliver the testing plan within the clients existing framework. The client and programme have a flat structure, and the candidate should be a team player and ‘easy to get on with’.
