Head Product Manager - L1 Blockchain

The goal is to position the business as the most innovative layer 1 blockchain. What You Will Be Responsible For: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Product teams. Manage all stakeholders and collaborate with blockchain leaders, including the co-founder of the Layer 1 blockchain. Oversea all product plans and launches including L1 Ecosystem, DEX, Wallets, Gaming, Business Suite, Deep Metaverse, Developer Tooling and more Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the entire blockchain ecosystem. Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. What We Require From You: 5 years as a Product Manager Strong understanding of blockchain protocols (ideally comes from an L1 competitor) Proven track record of leading successful Product teams Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive alignment at all levels.
