Cyber Security Senior Consultant Remote - Candidates can be UK wide We are a small, young cyber security consultancy that welcomes challenges and values different perspectives. Known for doing things differently, we work with senior clients — CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, CEOs, and NEDs — over longer periods to deliver real, measurable outcomes rather than one-off deliverables. We collaborate openly and securely with our clients, using tools to automate tasks, track progress and responsibility, and share findings. Our engagements focus on where security meets business to better understand, communicate, and manage cyber risk. This includes identifying risk sources, the frequency of risk events, and quantifying their impact on operations, as well as creating Cyber Scorecards and conducting deep-dive security assessments. We also run cyber exercises for boards and leadership teams to explore risk scenarios. We believe in making the world a better place through two specific programs. Our "Good Causes" initiative supports pro-bono work and grants for security solutions to non-profits. Additionally, we contribute to open-source projects that help organizations improve their security posture. As a remote-first business, we prioritize work-life balance, reducing commuting time so our team can focus on what matters. We stay connected through collaboration tools and meet monthly for Team Days to celebrate successes and plan for the future. Our clients often join these sessions to discuss their challenges and achievements. We invest in our team's development through formal courses, online learning, career mentorship, on-the-job training, and regular feedback. We ensure everyone attends a training course annually and encourages knowledge sharing. Weekly discussions on achievements, lessons learned, and upcoming challenges are a key part of our culture.
